Party System Conditions
The following are the conditions to keep yourself in a party while retaining your party’s and your own buffs:
  • 1) To receive party EXP from your party members you must stay active. If you stay idle for more than 45 seconds, then you will not count in your party and your EXP gain will be disabled. Deal at least 60% of a mob’s HP within 45 seconds to avoid this.
  • 2) The player who casts a party buff must contribute by killing a mob within 45 seconds. Failing to do so makes the party buff expire for his party members instantly. If the player is a Cleric/Priest, he passes this condition by dealing 40% of a mob’s HP.
  • 3) A player who receives a party buff has 45 seconds to hit a mob, otherwise the received party buff expires immediately. Once a mob is hit, the player has a 45 second window to hit a mob again, otherwise the buff expires. This 45 second timer resets every mob hit.
Note: Self-casted buffs do not expire - only buffs that go out to your party members.

Original EXP gained from party:
2 players = 10% party bonus EXP
3 players = 15% party bonus EXP
4 players = 20% party bonus EXP
5 players = 25% party bonus EXP
6 players = 30% party bonus EXP


Our EXP gained from party:
2 players = 10% party bonus EXP
3 players = 20% party bonus EXP
4 players = 25% party bonus EXP
5 players = 30% party bonus EXP
6 players = 40% party bonus EXP

Class Itemization
  • Thieves no longer require a secondary stat for armor
  • Magicians no longer require a secondary stat for armor
  • Both classes still require a secondary stat for their respective weapons just like Archers
  • Avenger gender restriction removed (level 35 thief overall)
Buddy List Expansion
Mr. Goldstein in Lith Harbor has been updated with new buddy list expansion costs! The price has been adjusted from 250,000 mesos for each expansion to an almost linear progression rate, starting at just 10,000 mesos. This allows you to easily increase your buddy list size at lower levels. The buddy list cap is 125 buddies. The cost of expanding your buddy list is as follows:
20 -> 25 buddies: 10,000 mesos
25 -> 30 buddies: 25,000 mesos
30 -> 35 buddies: 50,000 mesos
35 -> 40 buddies: 75,000 mesos
40 -> 45 buddies: 100,000 mesos
45 -> 50 buddies: 125,000 mesos
50 -> 55 buddies: 150,000 mesos
... 25,000 increments ...
105 -> 110 buddies: 425,000 mesos
110 -> 115 buddies: 450,000 mesos
115 -> 120 buddies: 475,000 mesos
120 -> 125 buddies: 1,333,337 mesos
Scroll Drop Rate
All scrolls drop rate is increased to 2x

Awesome! There was one Google Excel Sheet with all quests structured in there. It can be useful as well, if someone can find it...
